CodeVlyca Apps
CodeVlyca (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our mobile application (the “Application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION.
We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments, including any in-game virtual items, which may also collect and use data about you. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.
COLLECTION AND SHARING OF YOUR INFORMATION
We may collect and share information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use.
· ADS and ANALYTICS
We may use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit the Application. These companies may use information about your visits to the Application and other websites that are contained in web cookies in order to provide advertisements about goods and services of interest to you. Information about ad impressions, taps and installs are collected for statistical purposes.
We serve ads using Chartboost and AdMob.

through our apps is processed by third-party advertising networks such
as Google AdMob or Chartboost. If you wish to access, correct, or delete
your personal data, please contact these partners directly through

· IN-APP PURCHASE
When you make an in-app purchase, the app store for your device may collect personal information from you. Even though none of our apps use In-app purchase at the moment, you might want to inform about it.

If you provide us with an email address, we will only use it to contact you about CodeVlyca related news. We do not share this information with anyone outside of the CodeVlyca team.
· ANDROID PERMISSIONS
The following is an explanation of the required permissions to install CodeVlyca apps from the Google Play store. Not all apps need all of these listed permissions.
INTERNET
Needs access to internet to retrieve ads and open More Games links.
android.permission.
GET_ACCOUNTS
Needed for connection to Google Play Services.
WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE
Needed to save the game progress.
ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
Needed by ad provider to determine the device's location. The API returns the location with an accuracy approximately equivalent to a city block.
ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Used to check if an internet connection is available.
ACCESS_WIFI_STATE
Used to check if an internet connection is available.
READ_PHONE_STATE
Our apps use advertisements in order to keep them free. Our apps themselves do not actually need the READ_PHONE_STATE and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions, only the ad provider does. In order to find out more, please consult privacy policies of our aforementioned ad providers.
GET_ACCOUNTS
Used to log into Google Game Services.
Your Rights under the GDPR
If you are an EU resident, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and request data portability. You may also withdraw consent for data processing at any time.
We do not store personal data on our servers. Data collected by third-party services (such as AdMob) is handled according to their privacy policies.
